Why did Todd start Sovereo?
Todd married in Colombia in October 2019. Pandemic border closures kept him apart from his wife until October 2020, and after that he taught remotely from Bogotá with his college's knowledge. When new management required on-campus office hours, he chose family over the position and retired at 62.
That decision is the origin of Sovereo. Choosing where to live changed his income, costs, health care, taxes and legacy all at once, and almost nothing he read explained how. He built Sovereo to do that work properly: trace how the world's decisions change your choices, state every forecast so it can be proven wrong, and score it in public.
