What does the Sovereo Wealth Report answer?

The Sovereo Wealth Report answers three questions each quarter, from primary public records.

Where is money flowing?Private raises, stakes, listings, insider conviction, cross-border bank claims, development finance and state capital.
Where are nations building?Eight national capacities, scored from hard evidence: building, holding or eroding.
Where are the openings?Specific deals and openings, each with who wants what, who controls the outcome, the trigger, what kills it, and a dated probability.

How is it different from annual wealth reports?

Annual wealth reports count the stock of wealth. The Sovereo Wealth Report reads movement: the filings, permits and contracts that show where money is going now.

MeasuresThe stock of wealth: how many wealthy people, where they live, what they ownMovement: which records show money, permission and influence moving now

How does Sovereo connect the dots?

One record rarely tells you much. A company that raises money in one country, registers a branch in another, applies for a permit and hires a lobbyist in Washington is telling you something. Each quarter the report traces organizations across independent records (securities filings, company registries, permits, procurement, lobbying and foreign agent registrations, corporate ownership links) and shows every link so you can check it. A connection is a pattern in public records, never an accusation.

What is in each edition?

Each edition runs 40 to 50 pages in ten parts. The executive summary and the scorecard are free. Read a sample.

How is the research verified?

Every claim is checked against its primary source, every number is recomputed, and every forecast is scored in public.

Primary sources first

Filings, registries, gazettes, auctions and official statistics. Secondary reporting is used only to locate a primary record.

Every number checked

Figures are recomputed from the source. Conflicts between sources are stated, not resolved by preference. What cannot be verified is left out and listed.

Scored in public

Forecasts carry a date, a probability and a resolution rule, and are scored on the Forecast Ledger.

No side taken

The same method for every government, party and company. General research, not investment, legal or tax advice.
