For businesses whose customers ask before they buy
Your website should answer your customers before they call.
People no longer click through ten links. They ask Google's AI, ChatGPT or Claude, and those tools quote the sites that answer clearly. We build websites around the questions your customers actually ask, keep them current every month, and turn readers into leads.
The shift
Search is turning into asking.
A brochure
About us, services, a contact form. It describes the business but answers nothing, so search engines and AI assistants have nothing to quote, and visitors leave to find answers elsewhere.
An answer engine
One clear, sourced page for every question your customers ask. AI tools can read and cite it, visitors find what they came for, and every page invites them to take the next step with you.
What you get
Six parts, working as one system.
Your customers' real questions
Before anything is designed, we gather what your customers search, ask on calls and post in forums.
One page per question
The answer comes first, then the detail, the sources and the date it was last checked.
Built for search and AI
Structured data, plain-text versions for AI tools and a sitemap, so engines and assistants can read and quote you.
Your own AI connection
Assistants like Claude can connect straight to your site and look up your answers. Very few businesses offer this yet.
A lead on every page
A signup where interest peaks, and an "email me the answer" box that captures people your pages have not answered yet.
Better every month
Questions visitors type are collected. Each month they become new answers for your approval, and you get a short report.
Try it yourself · two minutes
A working example, built for a retirement program.
This is the live site we built for the Retirement Decision Lab. Picture the same system with your customers' questions.
- STEP 1
Ask it something
Type a question in the box, such as "Can I retire in Portugal on Social Security?" Matching answers appear as you type.
theretirementdecisionlab.com/answers - STEP 2
Open an answer
The answer comes first. Below it are the sources and review dates, and beside it is the signup.
Open an example answer - STEP 3
Ask what it can't answer
Type something it has no page for. It offers to email you the answer when it is published, so a dead end becomes a lead and next month's content.
Try a hard question - STEP 4
See what AI reads
The same answers in plain text, ready for ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants to read and cite.

In your field
Every business has questions customers ask before they buy.
| Business | What customers ask | Where the page leads |
|---|---|---|
| Plumber | Why is my water heater leaking? Can I fix a running toilet myself? | The safe fix explained honestly, and a clear point where it is time to call you. |
| Realtor | What is my home worth? How long do homes take to sell here? | A local market answer, then a request for a valuation. |
| Dentist | Does an implant hurt? What does a crown cost without insurance? | A plain answer, then booking a consultation. |
| Accountant | Do I need to file if I live abroad? What can I deduct as a freelancer? | The general rule, then a review of their own situation. |
| Relocation or legal service | Which visa fits me? How long does residency take? | A sourced overview, then a paid consultation. |
Helpful answers build trust, and trust is what turns a reader into a customer for the jobs that need you.
How it works
From question audit to a site that keeps improving.
- 1 · Question audit
Find the questions
We map what your customers ask and which questions bring in business.
- 2 · Build
Write and design
We draft the answers in your voice and build the pages. You approve everything before it goes live.
- 3 · Launch
Go live and connect
Search, AI versions, lead capture and your own AI connection, all switched on.
- 4 · Every month
Refresh and report
New answers from real questions, older ones rechecked, and a short report on what visitors asked and did.
Straight answers
Questions business owners ask us.
Do I need a whole new website?
No. The answer section can be added to the site you already have, or built as its own site like the live example at theretirementdecisionlab.com.
Do I have to write the answers?
No. We research the questions your customers ask and draft the answers. You review and approve them, because they go out under your name.
Will Google and AI assistants quote my site?
No one can promise that. What we build is the structure they read and cite most easily: clear answers, sources, dates and machine-readable versions. Each month you see what people asked and how the pages performed.
What happens every month?
Questions visitors type into your site are collected. Each month the unanswered ones become new draft answers for your approval, older answers are rechecked, and you get a short report.
What does it cost?
It depends on how many answers you start with and how much monthly work you want. Scope and price are set on a short call, in writing, before any work starts.
Who builds it
Todd Allyn, Founding Director, Sovereo Intelligence Research
Sovereo is a research publisher. We run this same system on our own site: answers sourced to primary documents, dated, and rechecked on a schedule. Todd spent 24 years teaching economics, finance and business and served as a business school dean. Your site gets the same standard of research we hold ourselves to.

Tell us about your business.
Share a few details and we will reply to set up a short call. On the call we look at the questions your customers ask and what an answer-driven site would do for you. No obligation.
